During my stay, I faced several frustrating issues. The room was nearly unbearable due to a strong, unpleasant smell. it was as if the previous guests had cooked curry and failed to clean up. Additionally, the shower curtain was filthy and needed replacing. I couldn't believe the lack of cleanliness. To top it all off, the bed was lumpy without proper support, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The bathroom's cleanliness was disappointing, but the breakfast offerings were surprisingly good with fresh options.

I enjoyed a good two-night stay at the Best Western in Neosho. The staff greeted me with warmth, and the breakfast options exceeded my expectations. The noise from the hallway made it somewhat challenging to sleep soundly. A great spot for exploring!

I loved how close this hotel is to the Neosho Federal Fish Hatchery and Newton County Museum, making my weekend strolls super easy and enjoyable. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was a nice perk to start my day right.
